Personal data collected by Tehistark LTD.

Tehistark LTD gathers data about our users so we can provide them with the most up-to-date and accurate information about our products. This includes information such as their name, company/organisation name, email address and payment information. Some data is provided directly – for example, when they create an AutoDossier or AutoSLR account, contact us for technical assistance or for more information about our software. Other data is gathered indirectly when they register to use our products or through technology such as cookies, bug reports or data reports of usage of our software on their device.

Tehistark LTD uses the collected data to improve and personalize the user’s experience and usage of our product/s.

Tehistark LTD uses the data:

• to communicate with the user, for example to inform them about their account, security updates and upgrades to products to diagnose problems associated with the company’s apps and websites
• to send the user business messages such as those related to payments or to notify of expiration of their subscription
• to provide information about our latest offers, products and services, subject to the user’s agreement

We only share a user’s personal information with their consent; or when it is necessary for the execution of a transaction; or to provide the desired product as approved by the user.

How to unsubscribe promotional messages

If the user does not wish to continue to receive promotional material via e-mail, they can click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button in the promotional message by Tehistark.
